Bethel Music’s ‘Worship Nights’ Tour Is Underway On West Coast

Bethel Music's "Worship Nights" tour officially kicked off the West Coast leg at Comerica Theater in Phoenix, Arizona, on Aug. 12. It then headed to California, stopping by Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, and Vacaville.

The next stops of the performances will be in Boise, Idaho, on the 19th; Portland, Oregon, on the 20th; and Seattle, Washington, a day later. The "Worship Nights" tour will then proceed to Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada, on Aug. 22.

Tour guests include Francesca Battistelli and speakers, Havilah Cunnington and Lisa Bevere.

After ending on the West Coast, Bethel Music will go overseas to Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town in South Africa from Sept. 15-21 to bring their message to their fans there.

The group will then proceed to the North America's East Coast in October, where they will also produce their next live album. According to a press release, this will be the first time the group record an album while on the road.

In related news, Bethel Music have received ten nominations at the upcoming GMA Dove Awards for best song, best worship album, inspirational recorded song, children's music album, long form video of the year and inspirational album.

"Garnering two nods for Song and Worship Song of the Year is 'No Longer Slaves,' a hit single sung by husband/wife team Jonathan David and Melissa Helser and featured on Bethel Music's 2015 Billboard Top 10 overall album, 'We Will Not Be Shaken,'" the statement said.

Meanwhile, Amanda Cook got two nominations: her "Brave New World" was cited for the inspirational album category while her single, "Pieces," was included in the inspirational recording song of the year shortlist.
