CBS's competition series The Amazing Race is back with its 23^rd cycle and 11 new teams are ready to run around the world in hopes of winning one million dollars.

The new season will follow contestant through 4 continents and 9 countries more than 35,000 miles apart including Iquique, Chile, and Abu Dhabi. They will face their fears of bungee jumping and paragliding and fulfill their adrenaline needs as they do Formula One Racing.  

This season's teams will consist of a pair of baseball wives, NFL teammates, the Queens of Bingo, ER doctors, NHL Ice Girls, theatre performers, and childhood friends. The "Double Express Pass" will also be back this upcoming season which allows the winning team of the first stop of the race to receive 2 express passes one they keep and the other they give to a remaining team by the fifth stop of the race.
