'American Horror Story' Season 3 Spoilers: Second "Coven" Video Released "Pins and Needles" / Episode 4 Title Released "Fearful Pranks Ensue" / October 9 Premiere

As the October 9 premiere date draws closer, the team over at American Horror Story Season 3 have been teasing fans with new spoilers and sneak peaks on to the "Coven" set.

What's the most recent dish on the new season of the popular horror stories? The title for Episode 4 was just leaked.

According to the experts over at SpoilerTV, American Horror Story Season 3 Episode 4 will be called "Fearful Pranks Ensue".

If the rumors are true, here are the first four episode titles for Season 3.

Episode 1: "Bitchcraft" - October 9 premiere date

Episode 2: "Boy Parts" - October 16 premiere date

Episode 3: "The Replacements" - October 23 premiere date

Episode 4: "Fearful Pranks Ensue" - October 30 premiere date

Along with new episode titles, a second trailer for "Coven" was just released. The "Pins and Needles" video was released via show creator Ryan Murphy's Twitter page. The teaser features haunting piano melody and a girl, in all black, sitting on her knees with three pins sticking out of her body.

"Pins and Needles" comes after the first video "Detention" which was featured on the show's Facebook page. Its evident in both, Season 3 will be just as creepy, if not more, than the show's first two seasons.

American Horror Story Coven premieres October 9 on FX.
