Angie Miller's Epic Performance Singing the National Anthem, Watch "American Idol" Star's Strong Vocal Here (VIDEO)

Angie Miller gave a powerful performance of the National Anthem at a softball tournament recently in her hometown of Beverly, MA. 

When you haven't heard Angie sing live in a while you forget how strong her voice is until you hear it again!

The crowd for the event did not appear huge from the video (though the stands were out of the picture) but her performance of the National Anthem could have held strong at any football stadium in the country. It was a very impressive vocal exhibition. 

The "American Idol" star was attending the Momball Tournament which benefited several local charities. Miller kicked off the night by singing the National Anthem. 

The finals, which featured a team of faculty versus Ayers, aired on BevCam cable access television and saw the Ayers Ryal Side team end as tournament winners.

The 14th annual softball tournament lasted all weekend and included teams of mothers representing all of the public and parochial schools in the city, plus faculty and alumni.

The tournament benefited several groups and charities, including Beverly Public Schools, Riley Rocks, For Jakes Sake and Angkor Charities Wells as well as a food drive from Beverly Bootstraps.
