'Better Call Saul' Season 3 Premiere Date, Spoilers: Jimmy McGill Transforming To Saul Goodman?

Fans can expect the transformation of Jimmy McGill to Saul Goodman to happen soon as "Better Call Saul" returns for its third season.

In a recent interview at the 2016 Emmy's red carpet, Howard Hamlin portrayer Patrick Fabian revealed that things will start to intensify in season 3. While Jimmy has not yet transformed into the shady criminal lawyer from "Breaking Bad," Fabian revealed that he is almost there.

Saying that he has already read the first two episodes of the new season, Fabian shared, "I've read episodes 1 and 2 and I can tell you that for all the laying of the groundwork and character studies that we've been doing for the last two years, things are gonna ratchet up."

Based on reports, "Better Call Saul" season 3 will follow Mike as he starts working for a notorious drug kingpin named Gus Fring. As for Jimmy, he is set to formulate an alter ego that will be known as Saul Goodman. It can be recalled that in the final episode of season 2, the character was left in a very bad place.

Season 3 will also reportedly see the appearance of more characters from the "Better Call Saul" predecessor, "Breaking Bad," as Mike's narrative intersects with that of Gus.

Other characters who are reported to appear at some point in the upcoming series are Hank, Marie, Jesse and Walter White.

"Better Call Saul" season 3 is expected to be released sometime in February 2017 on AMC.
