CBS's How I Met Your Mother is calling in a replacement. We all know Robin and Barney are expected to wed, but Ellie Kemper will not be in attendance.

 TVLine has reported that Kemper will not return for the final season of How I Met Your Mother due to scheduling conflicts and Anna Camp will be her replacement. Anna Camp will play Cassie, an attractive wedding guest.

Besides a swap in characters fans of the show can expect more drama. Season 9 is set to air the 23^rd of September in 2013 and is an hour-long premiere. The entire 9^th season is set to take place in one weekend when Barney and Robin will wed and show how each of his friends initially came in contact with "the mother". It's going to be pretty interesting to see how they plan on fitting a 3 day weekend plot into 24 episodes this season

Colbie Smuders, who plays Robin dished a little dirt and said she doesn't see Robin leaving Barney for ex Ted. Smuders released the following statement at Comic-Con,

"I think that Ted and Robin have a connection and they were in love with each other at one point, and that's something that doesn't just vanish, so I think it's dealing with that and walking that line. I don't think there's going to be any flip-flopping happening. I've made my choice and I'm sticking with it, but it's hard when one of your best friends is someone that you've had romantic feelings for, who's also the best man. It creates a lot of drama, creates good TV!"
