Chris Brown Arrested on Felony Assault Charge / Rihanna Ex Involved in "Physical Altercation" Outside Washington D.C. Hotel

Chris Brown was arrested early on Sunday near a Washington hotel. The Rihanna ex  was arrested on felony assault charges after allegedly being involved in a "physical altercation" with another man, Christopher Hollosy around 4:30 a.m. according to D.C. police spokesman Officer Anthony Clay.

The alleged altercation victim was taken to a nearby hospital and has since been released.

No weapons were found on scene according to the police. Brown, 24 and Hollosy, 35 will remain in custody until Monday, where a court appearance is pending.

Brown hosted a party at Park on 14^th  as part of Howard University's homecoming celebrations. Night club owner Marc Barnes said Brown left around 2:30 and that "everything was fine when he [Brown] was" there.

This isn't Brown's first rodeo making headlines for a physical altercation. He made his debut pleading guilty to attacking his girlfriend at the time, Rihanna, back in 2009. Though an arrest was not made, Brown was sentenced to five years probation and community service.

Back in June 2012, Brown reportedly had a bottle-throwing bar brawl between his entourage and Drake. Then in February Chris Brown was involved a parking space altercation between him and R&B singer Fran Ocean.

Brown is also being prosecuted for allegedly not completing his community service hours for the 2009 Rihanna altercation.
