Chris Brown Arrested Last Night For Felony Assault, Puts Man in The Hospital [MORE DETAILS INSIDE] 

Chris Brown had one heck of a night last night. The R&B singer was arrested last night along with his body guard after assaulting an unidentified man outside of The Park at Fourteen nightclub Saturday night.

Brown, 24, was in Washington to host a "homecoming party". Reports say that Brown and the victim had an exchange of words and things quickly escalated into a physical confrontation. The alleged victim was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries. Brown was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the time of his arrest.

Brown and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy were charged with felony assault. Keep in mind Brown is still on probation for the felony domestic assault of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009, so he will definitely get slapped with the charge of probation violation.

Ultimately Breezy could be looking at least 4 years of prison time. TMZ recently gave an update on the case saying "The alleged victim decided to photo bomb the picture being taken with Brown and his fans. Breezy became enraged and was quoted as saying "I'm not into this gay shit. I'm into Boxing", the scuffle even resulted in the men rolling around on the ground. Additionally, TMZ says that the victim would've accepted an apology on the scene but is now definitely pressing charges."

I guess we won't be hearing his upcoming album "X" any time soon, but hopefully Brown will work hard to get the album out before he does his stint in prison. Stay tuned for more news and updates as the story builds.
