Chris Brown Charged with Felony Assault in Washington D.C. EXCLUSIVE REPORT
Singer, Chris Brown was charged with felony assault this morning in Washington D.C. as he got into an altercation with a man outside of his hotel. FOX News reported that the R&B singer was walking out of his Washington hotel called the "W Hotel" at around 4:30 this morning when he and another man began fighting. Brown and the man, who wasn't identified, were charged with felony assault at the scene and are remaining in custody as the investigation continues.
Chris Brown has been in and out of trouble since him and ex-girlfriend, Rihanna had an altercation that led to Brown assaulting her back in 2009. Chris was later just put on probabtion after he and Rihanna went through assualt trial. D.C. Metro Police did not disclose any information on the victim but did state that "he's alive", but obviously not in the best condition. The R&B star had his probation reinstated after he was involved in a alleged hit-and-run back in August. He just recently reached a civil compromise with the owner of the wrecked car. Chris Brown has had multiple health issues this year, even including seizures, as he has recently had to push back his 2013 tour. Earlier this month, the promoter for Chris Brown's concerts had to cancel four of his shows in Canada after consulting with Brown about his recent health and personal related issues. No more information is available at this time about Chris Brown's new assault.
