Ever since Chris Brown had the genius idea of hitting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna in the face back in 2009, the rapper's been on a 90-degree downward slope that's recently caused him to check into rehab after allegedly assaulting another man in a Washington, DC hotel parking lot.

The "Love More" singer is still dating longtime girlfriend Karrueche Tran, who has been helping take care of his house and dogs while he's away.

While cleaning the house of things that could remind him of the negative aspects of his life, Tran reportedly found pics of Chris and his former flame from when they were dating.

A source close to the aspiring fashion-designer said she thinks her boyfriend should keep the photos.

"She thinks it's good for him to keep pictures of her," said the source. "[Chris and Rihanna] had a good thing at one time and she thinks it's important to remember good things in his life, even if it's with another girl. Her main thing is getting Chris healthy and back in her arms."

"She knows he's in a good place now," the source added. "She can't wait to meet the new and improved Chris."
