'Clash Of Clans' October 2016 Update News: Game Will Feature Army Training and Bomb Tower Defense

New details on Supercell's "Clash of Clans" October update have surfaced and as per reports, the game will feature Army Training and Bomb Tower Defense features.

On Oct. 5, "Clash of Clans" unveiled Army Training and Quick Train game features. It wrote on Twitter "Introducing Army Training & Quick Train (save your favourite army combos!)"

According to iDigital Times, the update is set to show an Army Training icon on the left-hand portion of the game screen. In line with this, the new training menu features four tabs, which are labelled "Army," "Train Troops," "Brew Spells," and "Quick Train."

The Army tab shows the player's overall game organizer while the Train Troops tab lets players choose the group they want to use in their next attack. This can be done by tapping on them to add them to the current army. The Brew Spells tab allows players to brew both elixir and dark elixir spells while the Quick Train lets them train the previous army they used with a single tap.

Supercell has also released details on the new defense structure coming to "Clash of Clans" - the Bomb Tower. As per Supercell's website, as cited by iDigital Times, the bomb tower serves as a great defense versus the attacking troops and it deals a massive damage, especially when it explodes into an inferno. According to the report, the bomb feature is set to preserve the balance of the troop forces, which can be very weak or very strong.

Players can access the bomb tower at Town Hall 8 and it can be promoted to level 5. The update also gives players an option to construct a new bomb tower when they reach Town Hall 10.

Developed and published by Supercell, "Clash of Clans" was initially released for iOS and Android in 2012.
