Colton Dixon and Skylar Lane of American Idol 2012 will be presenting at the CMT Music Awards Wednesday 8pm (June 6).  The busy finalists of Season 11 are also preparing to kick off their American Idol Live! Tour reuniting with the other Top 10 finalists for a summer adventure worldwide.

Other American Idol alum including Jordin Sparks and Kellie Pickler will also have the chance to present at the Awards.  Former American Idol winners are also included in the line up of performances during the awards night.  Deep voiced Scotty McCreery and the highly successful Carrie Underwood will be entertaining crowds on the stage.  They are both up for nominations as well.  Lauren Alaina of Season 10 and Casey James of Season 9 will also perform.

Country's biggest stars will be present and the winners are all fan-voted entirely.  Tickets have been sold out since May 21st, but you can tune in to watch The CMT Music Awards televised on Wednesday, June 6th at 8PM EST.
