Dan Bremnes Releases New EP 'Wherever I Go,' New Music Video For "The Way"
Singer-songwriter Dan Bremnes on Friday released his new EP, Wherever I Go, on Curb/Word Entertainment. The seven-track album is a collection of songs where the Juno Award-winning artist shares from his experiences and adventures over the last four years.
Accompanying the project is a new music video for the song, "The Way," which Bremnes shot in Hawaii during a visit with his family. Directed by Juan Rodriguez, the video showcases Bremnes' commitment to treating life as an adventure.
"It's been three years since I released a record and I can't believe the time is here," Bremnes says. "This album has been a long, sometimes difficult, but beautiful process and I'm so excited to share it with you."
"Each one of these songs is a piece of my story of the past four years, the ups, the downs, the questions, and the journey," he explains. "I pray that as you listen to these songs you are reminded that you aren't alone and you've been invited into an adventure bigger than you could ever imagine."
Earlier this year, Bremnes released the first single and title track from the album, "Wherever I Go." The song was highlighted by a spectacular music video filmed during an eight-day trip around the world and was accompanied by a documentary shot during his visits to Iceland, Italy, Jordan, Egypt, Dubai, India, and China.
"Wherever I Go" has since racked up over 1.2 million on-demand streams and is currently Top 20 at radio and climbing. The follow-up song, "How You Love Me," featured this music video, shot in one take at the famed Sun Studio in Memphis, Tenn.
Fans will be able to catch Bremnes live in concert this fall as he hits the road together with Plumb and Unspoken on the "We Are One Tour." For tickets and dates, please click here.
