Don't Miss The New Music Video For LEDGER's Latest Single "Not Dead Yet"
Christian rock artist LEDGER has released a brand-new music video for her latest single, "Not Dead Yet," which released earlier this month on Atlantic Records. The song is a cut from LEDGER's self-titled debut EP which released in April, and the music video features LEDGER in a boxing ring match, paired with flashes of the rocker in a boarded-up room, tackling what the artist says symbolizes anxiety, fear, and the fight to overcome.
Following the release of her EP, the UK native has been open about her battle with anxiety, and told Billboard ahead of the music video premiere, "There was a moment where I knew I couldn't let these things completely take me out. I can't let fear rob me of my own life. I'd rather go down swinging and fight it, even if it is until the day I die. I wouldn't let [fear] just steal my life away from me."
Following a decade as the drummer and vocalist for Grammy-nominated Christian rock band Skillet, LEDGER felt the call to branch out as a solo artist and front her own band, collaborating in the process with Skillet bandmates John and Korey Cooper. While continuing to tour across the world as a solo artist and with Skillet at major festivals such as VOLT, Graspop Metal Meeting, and Rock for People, LEDGER's solo project has earned such accolades as debuting at No. 5 on Billboard's Emerging Artists chart (dated April 28).
