‘Doom' Bloodfall DLC News: How Would You Like Your Very Own Demon?

The "Doom" Bloodfall DLC was just released and it allows the player to control the demon Spectre Pinky.

There's not much detail on how Bethesda will go about letting you control Spectre Pinky, and how it relates to the protagonists. But this kink in the gameplay should provide a new perspective, at least.

"Bloodfall is the third and final DLC pack for DOOM, bringing three diverse new maps, a Grenade Launcher, the Cultist armor set, and more to the game's fast-paced multiplayer," the announcement from Bethesda said. "You'll also be able to transform into the Spectre Pinky, a fan favorite demon whose signature invisibility tactic allows you to sneak up on enemy players."

Aside from the demon, the "Doom" Bloodfall DLC will also give you three new maps to pick from. They are the Outbreak, Boneyard and Empyrian. You also have in your hand a new weapon, the grenade launcher, with which to fight the monsters.

Bethesda also shared the news about the players getting a new equipment such as the Lateral Thrusters in the game, along with new hack modules and "customization options including a new armor set, patterns, colors, and taunts."

The "Doom" Bloodfall DLC will automatically download on your platform. However, if that doesn't happen, you can always do so manually.

On PC steam, you need to sign in to your account. Browse through the library and right click on "Doom" before selecting on the downloadable content. Make sure to enable the install checkbox before proceeding. If it doesn't download, uncheck and recheck the box.
