In tonight's episode of the popular redneck series, John Luke has to go to the dentist. Sure, for most of us that would seem like a routine trip; nothing to make a TV show about. For the Robertson family, they use it as an opportunity to tease their son john Luke while he's under the influence of loopy medication.

In the trailer preview, we see John Luke's mother Kori trying to wake up her son who is clearly still feeling the anesthesia. Though she admits she was concerned about the operation, her reactions to her son's behavior shows the Robertson mom has a sense of humor.

The dentist warned her John Luke would be a little "out of it." But after seeing and hearing John Luke mumble nonsense to his mother, on camera, shows that "out of it" may have been a bit of an understatement.

In the trailer for tonight's borderline psychedelic Duck Dynasty episode John Luke claims he has eagle powers. When Kori asks for him to confirm his claim he replies "schmoop."

Maybe John Luke's got a bit of the Uncle Si genes in him after all. Or maybe Uncle Si takes a hit of anesthesia when he gets out of bed in the morning.
