As most fans of Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are excited about their soon to be born baby boy, not everyone is happy. Allegedly, Gosling's ex-girlfriend Rachel McAdams is upset that she didn't get the chance to build a family with the 'Notebook' actor.

While having a baby together is good news for the couple, Gosling recently revealed a rather disheartening matter. He was asked about when he plans to marry Mendes; he said that just because they are having a baby, that doesn't mean they have to get married right away.

Unfortunately, reports claim that Mendes allegedly wants to get married soon, but Gosling wants to hold off for a while.

On a positive note, it seems that everything is in motion with regards to the arrival of the baby. Currently, the two are making the preparations and buying the necessary items before their little bundle of joy is born. In fact, Ryan himself assembled the crib, for his son that's expected to arrive in September.

Insiders have revealed that the nursery will be painted with neutral colors with blue linings and accents. In addition, assistants were spotted carrying blue toys and linens. Evidently, this has led many to believe that the child will indeed be a boy.

Beyond that, reports claim that Gosling is looking forward to teaching his son all about sports. Apparently, he wants his child to learn about baseball, soccer, and various other athletic activities.
