'Game of Thrones' Season 4 Spoilers: Jon Snow and Ygritte Done for Good? Will Daenerys Fall For Daario? Spring 2014 Premiere on HBO.
Game of Thrones Season 4 is still a ways away. That doesn't mean we can't speculate over some potential spoilers in the HBO hit series.
Some of the cast for Season 4 shared some hints and possible new storylines at this years Comic-Con in San Diego.
Emilia Clarke, who plays the strikingly beautiful Daenerys [Khalessi] says her character has been wounded by several men in her life and "does need to mend her broken heart." Does that mean Dany and her Second Sons hunk Daario Naharis explore their relationship on a more intimate level? Sounds more like a yes than a no, to me.
At the other end of Westeros another complicated relationship is brewing. What will happen to Jon Snow and Ygritte? Kit Harrington [Snow] hinted at what we can expect from the Night's Watchman and wildling redhead.
"I think she is gonna be after vengeance... It's one of those things - you sleep with someone one time and they shoot you with arrows." Ugh, we hate when that happens.
Rose Leslie, who plays Ygritte, defends her characters actions towards Snow, claiming his cowardice as a justifiable reason for a few arrows in the chest.
"She couldn't believe that the man she fell in love with and who she believed loved her back would betray her and run off like that... So, yes, with Season 4, I think we're going to see a tougher, kind of grueling side to her."
Game of Thrones racked in an astounding 16 Emmy nominations for last season. The show is up for "Outstanding Drama Series" its third year in a row.
Peter Dinklage and Emilia Clarke were also nominated for their outstanding supporting roles.
Game of Thrones Season 4 is scheduled to premiere spring 2014 on HBO.
