As of just a couple days ago, Joel Fry is the most recent actor to be announced joining the Season 4 cast. He's reportedly the final cast member added to the series.

Fry will play a young scion from a slave dominated colony called Meereen. His character, Hizdahr zo Lorag runs into Daenerys Targaryen [Emilia Clarke] and her ever-expanding dragon army.
