George Shelley Clears Up Selena Gomez Dating Rumors and The Night They Spent in Portugal [MORE DETAILS INSIDE] 

George Shelley can't get enough of Selena Gomez. Just when their romance rumors started to die down, a recent interview of Shelley has appeared.

During an interview withNow Magazine, Shelley talks about how he and Gomez spent the night together in Portugal after the two went out on a date. He is completely infatuated with Gomez and isn't ashamed to tell the world.

"Selena's one of the classiest girls I've ever met and I love class in girls," the singer said.

After months of being flirtatious the two still cannot seem to make it work.

"She's a superstar," he explained. "She's very busy and [Union J is] just starting out. It's a very tough situation. But she's very lovely,"

Shelley was just as shocked when reports had surfaced that he and Gomez had spent the night together while in Portugal, but he insists that nothing happened between the two expect for friendly conversation.

Nothing [happened]. We just chatted - all of us were there," George said. "It was lovely of her to invite us back to her place, but it was a private thing. We were a bit shocked it got into the papers. It highlighted the fact that you don't know who to trust."

Shelley added, "I let her know the story was out and that I was shocked. It's all about having respect for yourself and the other person. It's nice to have some parts of your life private."
