'Gilmore Girls' 2016 Cast News: Lauren Graham Admits She Hasn't Watched 'Gilmore Girls' Revival Series

Lorelai Gilmore portrayer Lauren Graham revealed that she has not binge-watched the "Gilmore Girls" revival series, "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life."

The actress revealed during the 92nd Street Y Talk on December 2 that she did not watch the revival series and was not sure if she was ever going to.

"I had some of my favorite moments I ever had as an actor and as a person in that experience. I just want to leave it there for now. That was enough, that was more than enough," she said in a conversation with Michael Ausiello of TV Line.

In her new book "Talking as Fast as I Can: From 'Gilmore Girls' to 'Gilmore Girls' (and Everything in Between," the actress admitted that she never really watches herself on screen. However, she said she researched for the new "Gilmore Girls" chapter and holed up in her apartment in New York for three days to binge-watch all the seven seasons of the show.

"I didn't watch it that thoroughly. I was there, so I'd be like, 'Oh yeah, ok, that's the one. Ok," she said.

The actress said it was better watching the series recently than watching it during the time they were shooting.

"There are many actors who learn a lot by watching themselves. I'm not one of those people, so I stayed away. I wish I would have kept a diary then because honestly the stuff I remember, which is in the book, I hope is gratifying enough," she said.

"Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" premiered on Netflix on November 25 with all four 90-minute episodes available at the same time.
