According to online rumors, Google is planning on unveiling the new Google Nexus 5 phone some time in the near future in the U.S. Though the official release date is still unconfirmed, we do have a pretty good idea about the price and some of the specs from the new Google phone.
Originally the rumors pointed to an October 15 release date. We know that didn't happen, so look for a holiday 2013 reveal, possibly by the end of the month or early November.
As for design and display, we know the Google Nexus 5 phone will come equipped with a Full HD 5.2 inch OLED display. As for the rest of the specs expect the new Google phone to have a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 process, clocked at 2.3GHz along with 3GB of PDDR3 RAM.
Price is always a big selling point when it comes to picking out your next phone purchase. Google accidentally put the Nexus 5 on their Play Store site attached to a $349 price tag.
The latest Android operating system is also expected to be featured with the new Nexus 5. Though we don't know much about the Android OS 4.4 Kitkat features, we do know it will be on board.
Once Google decides to reveal the new phone, expect more news on how to pre-order the Nexus 5!
