Last night ABC hit medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" returned from the mid-season break with a drama-packed episode. What's next for the show, particiuarly for the love triangle of Matthew, April and Jackson? For spoilers from Sara Drew, the actress who play April, read on.

Drew recently sat down with TV Guide to discuss the rather complicated future for her character.

It seems that April may not have had the clearest head when she made her decision to leave Matthew at the altar and depart with Jackson.

"Like most decisions that April makes, she is full of confusion and lots of emotion. No matter what decision she was going to make, she was going to hurt somebody. There was no way to avoid that. Dealing with the wreckage of the heart that she just demolished in front of all of his friends and family is going to take a toll on her emotionally," the actress said.

However, Drew goes on to clarify that despite her emotions April is confident in her decision.

"But she knows that this is the right decision because she knows that Jackson is the person for her. It's bittersweet. They're so happy and so in love and grateful to have not made a mistake, but, at the same time, they've left a ton of wreckage in their wake and there are consequences to that," the actress told TV Guide.
