Grey's Anatomy Season 10 is coming to an end and with the finale episode up ahead, viewers are expected to be both weary and excited as to how Christina Yang, played by Sandra Oh, will bid goodbye to the whole cast and crew.

Speculation and rumors among fans and critics are that Christina will either permanently move to Europe or be in a horrible car crash, giving the character a dramatic farewell to the hospital drama series after a decade on the show.

Grey's Anatomy co-star Kunal Kumar's Instagram photo reveals information on how the season is going to end. A part of the script shows Yang trying to appease herself of a possible major move out of the city. "My phone is dead. Oh, and I need a European charger. And I need more luggage," the photo text revealed.

However, the massive spoiler photo was immediately taken down.

It is definitely going to be an emotional finale for the fans, and some people are touting that it will be an horrific car crash accident that will cause Yang's death.

What is certain is that the final episode is about a terrorist attack at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, and the entire gang will be utilizing all resources and efforts to save lives. Another plot of the episode includes a car bomb explosion setting an intense mood.

The next Grey's Anatomy episode, which is scheduled to air on Thursday, April 24, shows Derek and the pressure he is feeling at home and work. Meredith and Christina team up for an upcoming acceptance speech, while April and Jackson are struggling with marital difficulties.

Grey's Anatomy was first aired in 2005 and the story revolves around the lives of medical interns and residents as they struggle their way to maintain both career and personal relationships. It is aired primarily on ABC and is created by Shonda Rhimes.
