Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Episode 12 "Get Up Stand Up" is set to premiere Thursday night at 10 PM ET on ABC.

We all know if April has her way then Jackson will come to her wedding. Fans won't have to look much farther than the preview clip for the answer. In the promo trailer Jackson stops April in the hospital and tries to make a joke about her plans on the day of the wedding, knowing that she's getting married.

Not finding it too amusing April presses him about whether or not he will be in attendance, but empathizing with the fact that he may not feel comfortable coming.

Jackson asks, "Do you want me to be there?" he asks. April replies, "Yes! Of course!"

Though he confirms that he will come to the wedding, something tells me Jackson might flake out at the last minute or some Grey's Anatomy-esque drama will prevent the wedding from taking place altogether.
