Here's the official description for tonight's two-hour premiere:

In the first hour, "Seal Our Fate" (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET), the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital doctors are faced with the devastation left by the storm. A giant mudslide in Seattle injures a group of first responders and citizens, causing the already short-handed ER to spring into action. Meanwhile, Meredith [Ellen Pompeo] is faced with a tough decision that will affect the life of a loved one, Callie Torres [Sara Ramirez] is rocked by the reality of Arizona's [Jessica Capshaw] infidelity, and Richard's [James Pickens Jr.] life is in extreme danger.

In the second hour, "I Want You With Me" (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET), the fight continues to save those affected by the storm, Callie makes a bold decision regarding her relationship, and the doctors come together upon receiving devastating news.

Wow, can you believe Grey's Anatomy has made it 10 seasons? No, me either!

We can see from a sneak peak trailer preview that the entire hospital is still devastated and in shock from what happened last season. The only ray of light for entire cast of characters is Meredith and her baby Bailey.

New to the Season 10 cast is fireman Brian [Bobby Camp] who is "young and dedicated fireman who is introduced after the scene of a major accident."

Brian's fiancée Sasha [Heather Hemmens] will also join the cast as "tough cop with a good heart who is also involved in the disaster."

Per usual, the core of Grey's characters are hospital employees, with new patients every week. Hey it's a hospital what do you expect?
