The hit medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" will be airing its 200^th episode tonight on ABC and there are spoilers galore about what is going to happen with Alex and Jo's relationship and Callie and Owen's relationship. Will Alex and Jo break up sometime during this season, even on tonight's episode? SPOILER ALERT! Camilla Luddington, the actress that plays Jo, told The Hollywood Reporter, "He [Alex] is bringing her to the gala to help him, and he is abandoning her throughout the whole episode. He's running away and he's not present, and she's feeling super stressed about it. So, even in that tension between them, I feel so invested in their relationship it breaks my heart to see them having problems."

While some relationships may be ending, others are just beginning. Will Callie and Owen get together in the wake of Owen and Cristina's breakup? Kevin McKidd, the actor who plays Owen, told Hollywood Reporter, "Callie and Owen are striking up their friendship. They've always had a friendship on and off, and they've always had an unfettered respect for each other."

There is some speculation that the problem with Alex and Jo's relationship stems from Alex's relationship with his father. Justin Chambers, who plays Alex, told TV Guide, "The last time he saw his father, he was abusing his mom, and Alex had beat the s*** out of him. So this revisit is going to be very interesting to see what happens."
