'Grey's Anatomy' Season 10 Spoilers: Sara Ramirez Talks Callie's Trial and Relationship with Arizona 

Even on this show's standards, last week's episode raised the stakes on how much drama can fit in one hospital. Episode 9 "Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word" isn't letting up one bit.

We know from watching Season 10, Cristina [Sandra Oh] betrayed her former best friend Meredith Grey [Ellen Pompeo]. Is there a chance of repairing the hyper-strained relationship or are the ex-besties done for good?

According to the trailer promo for tonight's episode, Callie [Sara Ramirez] and the rest of Memorial Hospital has a lawsuit on their hands. Marriage problems are hard enough to deal with but now she has to go on trial for "complications" surrounding the botched surgery.

According to Ramirez, viewers will get some insight into Callie and Arizona's [Jessica Capshaw] relationship before the amputation/breakup nightmare.

"It is a wonderful glimpse into a lot of different elements of their relationship," she told TVLine. "And I think that it offers a really important glimpse into what they were going through at the time that we may not have seen on-camera last season."
