'Grey's Anatomy' Season 13 Episode 8 News, Spoilers: Dr. Minnick Challenges Dr. Webber's Teaching Techniques?

A challenging surgical procedure will bring back special memories for the main characters in the upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13.

In the previous episode titled "Why Try to Change Me Now," Dr. Richard Webber had to face an unexpected challenge when Dr. Eliza Minnick questioned his age and teaching methods. A young threat, the doctor offered a new and different perspective that challenged Dr. Webber's teaching techniques.

The teaching method of Dr. Minnick is completely opposite of Dr. Webber's this season, and fans can expect this conflict to affect how things go at the Grey Sloan Memorial. Since the norms are already being challenged, it is interesting to see how the series will portray this change in the hospital after so many years of being almost formulaic.

In the upcoming episode titled "The Room Where it Happens," a challenging surgery will bring back some special memories for the main characters, particularly for Meredith, Richard, Owen and Stephanie. The episode will show how the four of them will try to save a life while dealing with their own internal and personal issues. It will also reveal how both internal and external tensions and pressures will take their toll on their jobs.

Spoilers for the episode suggest that Dr. Richard Webber will be at the spotlight again as he deals with the issue of change and personal turmoil at once. The episode will also see more of Meredith, who was almost invisible in the previous episode.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 airs Thursdays, 9:40 P.M. on ABC.
