Guinness World Book of Records Declared Quantum Dots to Print the Smallest Nemo Fish Image

Quantum Dots is known to be one of the trusted leading technology developers who printed images with its light grasping type of technology. And right now, they are best known for printing the so called "smallest picture" in the world.

BBC reported that researchers in Switzerland produced a 0.08mm- by- 0.115 mm (0.003 in by-005in) colored microscopic "nemo fish" picture.

According to the report, the Guinness World Book of Records confirmed that it is the tiniest image printed in an inkjet printer.

As cited in BBC blog, "Nanotechnologists say their achievement has been verified by the Guinness World Records".

With its original size of 3,333 times larger than its reduced size, the complete resolution of the picture is estimated within 25,000 dots per inch (dpi). Meanwhile, 500 nanometres (0.0005mm) of quantum dots were used in color red, green, and blue.

Using Quantum Dots instead of squirt normal ink make everything possible with its tiny particles that emit light.

One of the reasons behind the success of Quantum Dots is its ability to produce an intense colored light generated picture, especially in TV's where they are well known of. The company does not find it hard to produce large OLED screens unlike other colored producing television developer.

One of the innovators from Quantum said that the "print" screen right now is in demand as we are in the TV age. In support to this statement, Dr Patrick Galliker shared his thoughts during an interview with BBC saying that printing age will continue, even in futuristic scenario.

Having these comments from experts, Quantum Dots is confident to give a quality of services to the clients.
