'Halo 5' Content News: 343 Industries Spills More Content For The Game?

In line with "Halo 5," its developer has hinted possibilities for more content.

In a statement, as cited by Game Spot, 343 Industries said that there was more brewing on the "Halo 5" front, adding that they were not done just yet. The developer also mentioned that various teams at the studio were hard at work, finishing up few different flavors of goodness, and they would be talking about all of that and more in the near future.

If the next content pushes through, it is set to follow "Halo 5: Anvil Legacy," which was released on Sept. 8, the same day "Halo 5: Forge" tools arrived on Windows 10 PC. As per reports, the expansion included new weapons and maps, along with a file browser.

Aside from "Anvil Legacy," "Halo 5's" expansions include "The battle of Shadow and Light," "Cartographer's Gift," "Infinity's Armor," "Hammer Storm," "Ghosts of Meridian," "Memories of Reach," "Hog Wild," and "Warzone Firefight." This means the new content, if it actualizes, serves as the game's tenth expansion.

According to The Tech 52, it is still unknown as to what can be expected from 343 Industries' statement. As per the publication, the game's playerbase is expanding; thus, it makes sense for the studio to keep the momentum going by adding new content to the game. Also, this suggests a more diverse and engaging gaming experience for players.

Developed by 343 Industries, "Halo 5: Guardians" was initially released for Xbox One and Microsoft Windows in Oct. 2015.
