"Homeland" Season 3 Episode 2 spoilers show that Carrie Mathison will not only be a danger to herself during this episode but also to national security. Although Carrie is the main focus of "Homeland" season 3 episode 2, Dana Brody (played by Morgan Saylor), attempted suicide in the premiere episode of season 3. Morgan Saylor, in an interview with Metro.us, said, "I remember reading it and freaking out. I really, really did. I thought it was such a brilliant script." She also teases that the new season is "really, really intense" and that audiences will be on the edge of their seats as they see what happens with Dana and the other Brody family members.

The biggest spoiler of season 3 episode 2 of "Homeland" is that Carrie is once again off of her medicine. Clare Danes, who plays Carrie, told TVGuide.com, "Carrie is always sitting on her own personal ticking bomb. It's an impossible dilemma because she's not great on the meds and she's even worse off of them. But there's a really great sweet spot in the middle of those two states that she's always trying to land on, where she's incredibly high-performing."
