Popular political drama Homeland is set to air the season 3 finale episode this Sunday, and there are spoilers and rumors all over the Internet about which cast member will die. The finale episode will likely involve Carrie and Brody's attempt to get out of Iran alive, but some spoilers indicate that one of the two main characters will not make it. Brody has had several close brushes with death, will the season 3 finale episode of Homeland finally do him in?

James Hibberd of Entertainment Weekly gave his take on the Internet spoilers and rumors surrounding the season 3 finale episode. He wrote, "The big question: Brody has survived longer than viewers (and even the show's writers) expected. Will this season send him to the great intelligence briefing in the sky? Or will Carrie mange to Argo him out of Iran? Even if Brody does perish, we vote for Showtime to bring him back in Season 4 as Carrie's clozapine-induced Jedi-like spectral mentor."

Although critics loved season 1 and 2 of Homeland, many of them have turned on the show in its third season. Audiences, however, are still very much attracted to the political drama seeing as how the show has captured record viewers and ratings in the third season.
