"Homeland" Season 3 Spoilers, Alex Gansa Talks About Finals Episodes

Season 3 of the series Homeland is coming to a close and viewers can expect a lot of conflict between Carrie and Saul.

Saul will determine that Carrie helped Brody leave the country, which makes him re-evaluate his trust for her.

Executive producer, Alex Gansa did and interview with TV Guide saying, "Secrets are being kept from each other and plans and agendas and motivations are being withheld." Carrie and Saul might not be able to mend their relationship in time to complete future dangerous missions, "Even though they were in cahoots at the beginning of the season, their relationship has frayed somewhat. This [is] a bit of a rocky patch for both of them."

Gansa went on to talk to Entertainment Weekly to discuss which direction Homeland would be going in the final episodes. He revealed that the next 3 episodes will surface around the mission in Iran, where Brody will kill the leader of the Revolutionary Guard, "The last three episodes, at least three quarters of them are set in the Middle East."

We will also learn the truth behind the special ops team filled with Arab-Americans in episode 10. The upcoming episode "Good Night" will air Sunday, December 1 at 9 PM EST only on Showtime. Check out a preview for the next episode below and stay tuned for more news and updates.
