Honey Boo Boo and her family were in a car accident on Monday night.

The show's star character along with Mama June, Jessica, and Pumpkin were all sitting in the vehicle driven by Honey Boo Boo's father, Sugar Bear. 

The stars of TLC's hit reality series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo were at a red light, waiting to go left. The light turned green and Sugar Bear started to turn the car. A man driving a truck swiftly was apparently in the opposite way with his lights turned off and collided into their vehicle, according to multiple sources to TMZ.

"We've only had that Suburban for 6 months and it's not even paid off yet," said Honey Boo Boo's mom, June Shannon to TMZ.

The Shannon-Thompson family unit were rushed to a local hospital, driven by their own personal bodyguard.

Sugar Bear has a bruise on his back, Mama June has a back and neck pull, Honey Boo Boo smashed her head against a passenger window and has a headache, and Pumpkin has severe chest contusions and is having anxiety spasms, said Pumpkin to TMZ.

"As many of you have heard we were in a car accident last night," said Mama June to Us Weekly yesterday regarding the crash. "It was really scary for us, since it was the first time any of us had ever been in a wreck. We are definitely really sore today, but our top priority is to celebrate Pumpkin's birthday. She turned 14 today and no matter how sore we feel we are going to go out and  celebrate. As always we want to thank everyone for their support and well wishes."

Honey Boo Boo's show was a spinoff of another successful TLC show, Toddlers & Tiaras.

The Third Season of the hit reality show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo returns to TLC on January 16.
