iOS 7 Release Date Rumors / Gold Master Available September / Features Include AirDrop, iTunes Radio, Control Center / Fingerprint Scanner on iPhone 5S?

Apple iOS 7 is now in the 4^th stage of beta testing according to several reports. According to the same reports, Apple still has several stages before the official operating system upgrade is released.

Most Apple insiders believe iOS 7 will be released some time in Sepetember, after Apple confirmed they'd be releasing their new operating system update Fall 2013.

Either way, Apple will most likely release iOS 7 before the new iPhone 5S launch, seeing how the flagship phone is likely to sell out.

Many tech experts believe, at the very least, the Gold Master version of the iOS 7 will be released in early September, making the official release some time around mid to late September.

Back in June, Apple announced it's latest mobile operating system at the annual WWDC conference in San Francisco. Along with a brand new minimalist interface, iOS7 offers hundreds of new features like Control Center, Notification Center, AirDrop, Safari, Siri, iTunes Radio, enhanced Multitasking and more Photos options.

The new iOS 7 will be compatible with the iPhone 5, fifth generation iPd Touch, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad. The iPad Mini along with several other Apple devices will be limited in terms of features and upgrades.

One iOS 7 feature that's getting a lot of buzz is a possible fingerprint scanner. According to rumors, the fingerprint scanner will only be available on the upcoming iPhone 5S.
