iTunes wants its users to know that music still matters in the world of Apple and their main focus is just not their Laptops, iPhones, or iPads. What exactly is an iTunes Festival? Apple books top-notch performers to do live concerts and iTunes streams the concerts live for their iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV users. You're probably thinking, "What's the catch?" There is no catch and everything is totally free.

Apple just wants to show appreciation to the iTunes store because that's one of the places that helped to grow the Apple franchise into what it is today Apple has more than 500 million active iTunes user accounts and users have downloaded more than 25 billion songs from iTunes. That's an incredible number of songs legally downloaded and paid for by Apple customers.

Of course Apple could make a fortune and charge concert goers for each show they attend at the iTunes Festival, but they are giving back to the people who got them to where they are now. So, how can you stream the live concerts? Follow these three steps:

2. Apple TV users: Those with Apple's television device can use the "iTunes Festival" app that is pre-installed on their device to stream the concert live.

3. Desktop and Laptop Users: Download iTunes to your desktop or laptop and stream the concert via Apple's music software.
