"The Fosters" Star Jake T. Austin Involved In 4 Car Hit-And-Run  

Jake T. Austin who starred on The Wizards of Waverly Place as Max Russo is being investigated for a hit-and-run that his 2010 Audi sports car was involved in. The car hit three parked cars around 3 a.m. in Sherman Oaks, Calif, causing "major damage,

Reports circulating are saying that his Audi was seen crashing into three parked cars.

After the Audi smacked into the parked cars, someone inside the vehicle threw out a bottle of vodka by a nearby building while passengers called a car service to come and pick them up before the police arrived.

Witnesses describe one of the vehicle's occupants as a white male with dark hair.

 The strange thing about it all is that Russo was reportedly in the car or at the scene during the time of the accident.

The police are investigating and handling the incident as a hit-and-run and no arrests have been made.
