Jennifer Lawrence New Movie 'The Glass Castle'. Exclusive Review. 'The Hunger Games' star, Jennifer Lawrence.
Destin Cretton, Director of "Short Term 12" and "I am not a Hipster", two short films that could quite possibly be the best movies of the summer, is talking with Lionsgate about directing "The Glass Castle" by Jeanette Walls. "The Glass Castle" follows a family of four that are on the border of poverty and have become nomads that continue to travel across Soutwest desert towns and camp in the mountains. The family of four is accompanied by their parents with a mother that eccentric and artsy, and a father that is a blaring alcoholic that trys everything to find a way out. The two try very hard to keep their childrens imagination running as to try and dismiss the fact that they are quite poor.
"The Glass Castle" will be showing the ever popular, Jennifer Lawrence, Hollywoods 'it' girl since the beggining of last year. The film "The Glass Castle" will be produced by Lawrence and Gil Netter, along with having Erik Feig, Gillian Bohrer, and James Myer oversee the project in studio. Lionsgate has been eager to feature any films with star , Jennifer Lawrence in it as she is currently releasing the second "The Hunger Games" movie and the latest "Burial Rites", which was just picked up by Lionsgate for distribution. There is now word yet on when "The Glass Castle" might be relleased.
