Multiple Dove Award-winning singer-songwriter Jeremy Camp is preparing for the spring leg of his "The Answer Tour," continuing from last fall when it toured 25 different markets. The spring leg, which will make stops in 16 different locations kicks off in April and features special guest Micah Tyler.

The tour takes its name from Camp's latest album, The Answer, which came out recently. The album's title track, "The Answer," is the next single to be released to radio on Feb. 23.

Jeremy Camp is currently in the African nation Uganda for the first time, where he is headlining the country's annual PhatFest gospel concert, hosted by Christian radio station Power FM. The event is hosted in partnership with Camp's own charity, Speaking Louder Ministries, which goal is to declare "the hope of Jesus throughout the world with music, testimony, and service."

Speaking at a conference at Watoto Church, Uganda, Camp said, "I don't see this lightly, it really is an honor to be here in Uganda. Not long ago - about a year ago - I had a conversation with my brothers and sisters, and this was brought up."

"We've always prayed about different places that we should go and felt that the Lord is leading us," Camp explained. "This is one of those places where we were asked to come - and felt like God was leading us here. So when you are under God's lead and direction, you know that he is going to do spectacular things,"

Commending the Ugandan listeners, Camp said, "You guys have a newness and freshness that the fruit from this concert from what is going to happen that day - for many people to come to Jesus. This place is going to be placed on fire, and I love that."

"When you start a fire, you just don't leave it burning without touching it. You have to stir it. You have to keep the flames burning," Camp exhorted, concluding, "Let this be a catalyst, not just an emotional experience. God will do something special and amazing in this country, and start here in Kampala."

Last weekend, Camp also hung out with fellow artist, Grammy-winning "Overcomer"-singer Mandisa, who shared a video on her Facebook page, "Watching the #playoffs at Jeremy Camp's! Go Tennessee Titans! #TENvsKC #TitanUp"
