Justin Bieber Releases "Bad Day" Single from New Album / Fifth Song from Music Monday / "Believe" Movie Out Christmas Day [LISTEN]
Bieber is back and dishing new details about his upcoming studio album release. Sunday at midnight the singer released new song "Bad Day" as his fifth Music Monday single.
So move over Daniel Powter there's a new American Idol farewell song in town.
After an Instagram push from manager Scooter Braun, Bieber posted the artwork for the song along with a little but of back story on the tune. The cover maintains much of the same aesthetic as "Heartbreaker." For his new single Bieber went with a grey cloud with purple rain on top of a white background.
Bieber is definitely maturing as a pop singer. Sure it's a sappy acoustic ballad about him reeling with the toughest breakup...ever [Selena Gomez shoutout] anything is better than "Baby."
"Life was unpredictable/Yeah, I never thought a love like yours would leave me all alone/Oh no."
"Bad Day" is the fifth song after already releasing "Recovery" [the only single to not debut at number 1 on iTunes], "All That Matters," "Hold Tight" and "Heartbreaker."
The young pop star isn't stopping there. Aside from releasing a new album he's starring in a documentary/concert movie called "Believe," hitting theaters on Christmas Day. How fitting Beliebers can munch on popcorn and gawk at their favorite singer instead celebrating the birth of the Son of God.
