Kanye West Lashes Out on Sway Calloway And Nick Cannon Says West is Far From a Genius 

"To me, I'm a creative genius, there's no other way to word it," he told the host. "You're not supposed to say that about yourself, and I say things the wrong way a lot of times, but my intention's always positive," are the very words hip hop mogul Kanye West uttered during his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live back in October. Unfortunately, Nick Cannon and a few others don't agree.

Cannon took to Twitter Thanksgiving day to express himself in what he called an "inspirational rant" saying, "I love @KanyeWest like a brother & been one of his biggest fans & friends since day 1, but Genius is eternal patience." Cannon also followed up with 2 more tweets, "Maybe I should've just called him and told him that in private. Oops, my bad! Twitter-stream-of-consciousness LOL."

"I just got online and saw all these @KanyeWest interviews and I was inspired to rant. Oh well, going back to Thanksgiving. We cookin' son!"

West recently lashed out on Sway Calloway during a visit to his Sirius XM radio show and things got pretty heated. The argument started after Calloway asked West why he couldn't empower himself when it came to West's dream of a fashion line. "You ain't got the answers! You ain't spent 13 million dollars of your own money trying to empower yourself," West said in retaliation.
