In conjunction with Worship Leader magazine and Song Discovery, Irish modern hymn writers and recording artists Keith & Kristyn Getty will host "From Our Home To Yours - Hymns for the Christian Life," a live webcast and Twitter party, this Thursday, November 8 at 6:30 pm CT. 

Available at www.worshipleader.com/live, the free event will originate from the couple's Nashville home and will feature acoustic performances of selections from their critically-acclaimed new recording, Hymns for the Christian Life. The 45-minute webcast will also include a discussion of the album and answers to viewer questions submitted via Twitter (#gettymusic) during the show. Following the event, viewers will receive a special purchase offer for Hymns for the Christian Life. 
 
The couple's fourth stateside recording, Hymns for the Christian Life released last month to critical acclaim, debuting at #5 on Nielsen Christian SoundScan's Adult Contemporary chart. Produced by Charlie Peacock (The Civil Wars, Switchfoot) and Ed Cash (Chris Tomlin, Kari Jobe), the project explores such themes as work, family, money, community and social action, showcasing Irish melodies as well as American bluegrass and country music influences. The album is highlighted by a special 10th anniversary recording of "In Christ Alone." Co-penned by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend, the new arrangement of the internationally renowned song features 27-time GRAMMY® Award-winner Alison Krauss. Additionally, bluegrass icon Ricky Skaggs joins the couple on "Simple Living (A Rich Young Man)," while Clannad's Moya Brennan is featured on "A Mother's Prayer."
