With all news and drama in the media about Khloe Kardashian and her failing marriage to former NBA player Lamar Odom now drug addict, Khloe is has another big issue hanging over her head. Khloe's family is reportedly encouraging her to dump Odom and momager Kris Jenner's is taking matters into her own hands.

It was reported that Jenner has went to meet with divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who is the same attorney she previously set daughter Kim Kardashian up with when she recently divorced her then husband Kris Humpries. Jenner had a two-hour meeting with Wasser about how to disown Odom from the Kardashian Empire.

Sources told New York Daily "Kris wants Khloe to get her prenup money, plus the penalty for cheating." Another source has said "Kim, Kourtney and Kris want her to dump him. You can't live with a drug addict, but she is in love and doesn't want a divorce. She wants to save her husband."

Jenner has previously denied any allegations of Khloe and Odom divorcing, she released the following statement to E! News, "Khloe and Lamar are absolutely not getting divorced, there's been no talk of divorce."

Odom has been let back into the L.A. home he shares with Khloe after she allegedly kicked him out after an intervention went terribly wrong and Odom refused to check into a rehab facility for his alleged drug addiction.
