TMZ were first to snap the first pictures of baby North West. The paparazzi spotted Kanye West, Kim Kardashian and their nanny leaving out of a Los Angeles doctor's office. The mystery nanny was toting baby West in her car seat with a blanket over top to keep her privacy.

Kim K. who has only been spotted out three times since giving birth June 15^th was wearing black leggings, a button-up denim shirt, and a hoodie tied around her waist looked as if she were trying to hide her post-baby figure. Baby daddy, Kanye was dressed in his typical all black everything and was not trailing far behind his new family.

Today will make baby North West 2-months old. So exactly when will baby North West make her debut appearance full on? The infamous "Keeping up With the Kardashians" reality show has started back filming for its upcoming season. There has been speculation that North West hasn't been up close and personal with the cameras, but has been captured at a distance while mother, Kim K is holding her. We will also see North West's palace of a baby room.

There is no doubt that Kim K would want to follow in her sister , Kourtney Kardashian's path and have her child grow up on the screen as we see with sister Kourtney's son Mason and daughter Penelope. There is one big dilemma when it comes to Kim K's baby appearing on the screen for the world to see and that is baby daddy Kanye West. We all know Kanye is ANTI anything media related and has had his share of physical run-ins with the paparazzi and film spectators, so there is no doubt in my mind that he would even consider allowing daughter Yeezy to take part in such behavior.

During an interview with the New York Times Kanye made this statement,

 "Well, I just don't want to talk to America about my family.  Like, this is my baby. This isn't America's baby!"
