Laura Story and her husband Martin, welcomed Josephine Grace Elvington, on Friday, September 14. Baby Josephine is the couple's first child.

Story shared excitement about their precious gift on her social network page, "Introducing Josephine Grace Elvington! Came into our world this past Friday at 9 lbs! Thanks for all the prayers!" Thereafter fans flooded her page with congratulations and warm wishes.

Besides a new baby, Laura Story has been keeping busy. In February, Laura Story won her first Grammy award in "Best Contemporary Christian Song' category for her No. 1 hit "Blessings." She is also offering fans a 30-day devotional based book on her Grammy award winning song. The book "What If Your Blessings Come Through Raindrops' is available wherever books are sold.

Story will be part of the "12 Gifts of Christmas' tour this November with artist Steven Cutis Chapmen, some of the best story tellers around, and Christian comedian, Anita Renfroe.
