The battery of LG G3 is not only durable, but also replaceable. It has a 3000 mAh capacity and can be charged through Wi-Fi. The battery of Galaxy S5 Active is not replaceable, but its capacity is 2800 mAh - lower than LG G3.

Camera

The LG G3 camera has a 13 MP resolution and its sensor for Laser Autofocus is worth the extra money spent. It has the aptitude to take focus in just 0.276 sec with selfie mode and incorporates additional features, including image recording, voice activation and ability to take a 4K shoot. The second camera of the device may be useful in using video calls.

The rear camera of Galaxy S5 Active is more advanced, having a 16 MP resolution with Flash LED, which is useful for those taking a 4K shoot. The second camera of the device has 2 MP resolutions. The other features, such as autofocus, HDR, panorama, face detection and geo tagging, are similar to that of LG G3.

Hardware

LG G3's hardware is designed with quad core 400 CPU Krait along with 801 Snapdragon Qualcomm, in addition to 2.5 GHz clocked. Its internal storage offers two options - 8 GB and 16 GB and comes with a 2 GB RAM. Users have the option to increase the storage up to 32 GB with external microSD card slots running with Optimus UI.

The Galaxy S5 Active has a RAM of 2 GB plus has an internal storage of 16 GB. This device runs KitKat 4.4.2 version and has TouchWiz UI. Users can enhance the internal storage of each device 128 GB.
