So yesterday, August 28 I recently brought you guys a story about Love and Hip-Hop's Lil' Scrappy being in trouble with the law again, but in-case you missed it check it out now! Well some new information has circulated via TMZ. Allegedly the guy Scrappy put hit paws on is Kenny Rogers and is not the "former gambler" we all thought Scrappy owed money too.

Story is Rogers had a lot to say about Scrappy's former girlfriend Bambi. You may remember Bambi from this past season of Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta when she and some other "popcorn hoe" got it on with Rasheeda's husband Kirk Frost.

Law Enforcement said they received a call about a fight inside the gas station around 2:30 am. Cops responded to the call and broke up the fight and both Scrappy and Rogers were brought into to the station for charges of disorderly conduct. Officers say Scrappy conducted himself in an orderly fashion while in custody and that Rogers instigated the whole thing.  "He was calling my girlfriend names and then put his hands on me ... so I had to lay them paws on him." Scrappy said.

Scrappy's lawyer said that his innocence will be proven via store surveillance cameras where scrappy is shown acting in self-defense. Stay tuned for more updates.
