The Los Angeles Lakers (20-39) will face off against the Portland Trail Blazers (41-18) at Moda Center tonight in Portland. The game will start at 10.00 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream via the link provided below (free for subscribers).

With star power forward/center LaMarcus Aldridge returning, the suddenly defensive-minded Trail Blazers are looking for their sixth straight victory tonight versus the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers ended a three-game losing streak with a 126-122 home victory versus the Sacramento Kings on Friday night.

Since losing a season-worst three in a row, the Trail Blazers have returned back to their winning ways and stands on the brink of its longest win streak since an 11-game run from Nov. 8-25.

While they have continued scoring at a torrid pace, averaging at least an NBA-high 107.8 points for the season, Trail Blazers have played better defensively during the winning streak with 92.4 permitted per game, which is 10.5 below their season average.

After limiting the Denver Nuggets to shoot only 39% shooting in Saturday's 102-96 home victory, Portland has held opponents under 40% in four consecutive games for the first time since February 2005.

"Just trying to make their looks tough, not giving them anything easy and trying to rebound down the stretch," said Aldridge to reporters following Portland improved to 20-2 when permitting less than 100 points per game.

The Blazers, a season-best 23 games over .500, will likely have to continue their streak minus reserve forwards Thomas Robinson due to an injured left knee and Joel Freeland as a result of an injured right knee.
