"Love & Hip Hop: New York" season 7, episode 3 saw the battle of the baby mamas. It can be recalled that before Mendeecees left for the prison, he requested his two wives to try to get along well for the sake of their children. However, the events in the previous episode proved that the two are still far from being at peace with each other.

In episode 3, Yandy Smith's mother Judy told her that Samantha Wallace wasn't taking good care of her child with Mendeecees. Judy said the little boy had been staying with Kim Wallace, Samantha's mom.

Yandy met with Kim to inform her about what Judy had told her, and Kim just lost it. She yelled at Yandy and told her that Judy was simply trying to start another drama.

Later in the episode, Kim called Samantha and Mendeecee's other ex, Erika, for a family meeting, where she told them about her conversation with Yandy. Since Erika didn't like Yandy from the start, she said it was Yandy who's trying to cause a problem with everyone. Meanwhile, Samantha and Kim wanted to have a meeting with Judy too. When they invited Erika, she agreed to meet with them as long as Yandy's not around.

As the ladies met up, everyone started to argue when Kim and Samantha said she thought Judy was being disrespectful. Kim came to her daughter's defense, but eventually had a heart attack. They called an ambulance to rush Kim to the hospital.

Elsewhere in the episode, DJ Drewski found himself in hot water with his girlfriend Sky Landish because of his relationship with Bianca Bonnie. Since Sky knew about Drew and Bianca's past, she didn't want the two of them to work together. She also hated that Bianca kept calling and texting her boyfriend. Sky also listened to Bianca as she told Drewski that she had written a song about how much she missed him and wanted to kiss him.

Later, Sky met up with Mariah Lynn and told her about her rift with Drewski. Sky did not tell her that Bianca was the other girl she was referring to; however, she said she wanted her to do the song with Drewski instead of the other girl he had picked. Mariah agreed.

Meanwhile, Drewski met up with Bianca and played her the song he wanted to work with her on. The two also flirted and kissed.

After meeting with Sky, Mariah met up with Cardi and they both agreed that Bianca could be the other girl Sky was referring to. However, since they weren't sure, Cardi suggested inviting Bianca to a party that Sky and Drewski were going to. At the party, Sky and Bianca got into an argument and Cardi B stepped in to Bianca's defense. When Drewski arrived, she tried to calm the two girls down. In the end, Sky told Drewski that he's no longer allowed to play Bianca's music on the radio.
